The Beatles

The Beatles were one of the greatest bands ever. They were an english rock band, formed in liverpool in 1960. The groups members were John lennon, Paul MaCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Star. Their music was an influence to all the bands and artist at that time, everybody waited for their cds to come out. They achieved success in the United KIngdom in 1962 with their first single, "Love me do". During their studio years, the Beatles produced some of the finest music. For decades after their breakup, the Beatles continue to be popular. they are the best selling band in history. They have had Number one albums on the UK chart, and have held down the top spot longer than any one else. They have also sold more albums in the United States than any other artist. The Beatles will never be forgotten. There music will always remember us how great of a group they were.
